Why my cart shows empty after I added item?
If Your Cart is Empty and you've added an item to it:

Check your Internet browser's "Option" or "Preferences" link to be sure it's cookie-enabled. Cookies make the Cart work.
How soon will the order ship?

Our shipments should leave within 2-5 days after the date of purchase. Some items require a little longer time due to production time. We use multiple vendor shipping locations throughout the US. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If in any case the item is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you about all the details. Purchasing multiple items will save you freight, if we are able to tape the packages together.

Extremely Heavy weight items will increase the freight charges, since there is no way to save freight. If shipping via Trucking company, we are searching for the most economical freight carrier in order to save you Money. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico can be shipped via UPS 2nd day or overnight, or via USPS Mail only. Coastline Sales is using UPS, Fedex and USPS for shipping products to its customers. Only USPS can Ship to PO or APO Boxes.


When or do I receive a tracking number?

Tracking Numbers will typically be emailed at the time of shipping to you. You can also track your order using the order status button at the top of every page. And if you are a registered user you can view it only when becomes available.

I ordered part # 32937 ? and I received part # 32927, will it fit?
No, most manufacturers have exact part numbers for each item selected. It may not fit at all, if you in any case try to force the item into placement, a broken or bent item will not be returnable.
How do I pay with a personal check or money order?
Please mail us a copy of your order together with your check or money order. We recommend that you mail us the money order with a tracking number. Please include your address, phone number and e mail address with your order, so we can confirm receipt of your payment. The money order and/or the check will cause a 7 day delay until the funds clear the account.

By mistake I ordered the item twice, what do I do?

If you have by any mistake ordered the item twice, please e-mail, or call us with all the details. We will refund the payment accordingly.

Notice that if the item was shipped, you have to wait until the item is delivered, and start the RMA - (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and the refund will be made according our Return Policy.

Do we ship outside the USA?

If you leave outside the US but you have a Freight Forward company in the US we can ship your order to them. Please enter your Freight Forward company as your Shipping address and after your order is placed email us to confirm your FF address and your account number with them.

Please allow some extra time for getting the shipment ready to bring it to the Freight forwarder.

Dimensional weight, the shipment was only 10 LB ? but I got charged 30 LB!
UPS, Fedex and USPS have changed their shipping rates to be based on the size of the carton. The larger the box, the higher the dimensional weight. All of our rates are calculated with the FEDEX, UPS or USPS Computer and are 100% correct.

If you feel like, that our measurements of weight and size is incorrect, We gladly inform you about the details and you are able to get online information with all of our carriers.
If I return an item, do I get shipping fees back?
On Non defective Items, the buyer will absorb the shipping charges. On defective items of course, Coastline Sales will credit the shipping charges in full. View our Return Policy for more details
My vehicle does not look like the one in the picture?

Most manufacturers provide a sample set of pictures for their products only. In most cases your car or truck will not necessarily show on our web catalog.

How many items come up when I search products for my vehicle?

Our website is designed for search per item and also by type of vehicle. Just click on the brand name and search for your selected items according your vehicle model.

If you entered your search criteria inside the search products box, as many products available will show up according the keywords you entered.

Do I need to order a gift card separated from regular items?

No, you don't. You can add your gift card with any other product. We strogly recomend to generate a different order for it, but you can agregate you giftcard with any product in a same order.

Do I have to create an account to Managing MyOrders?
No you don't, but we strongly advise you to do so.

As a registered member you can check the status of any Internet order by logging into your account through the "My Account" link on the top of the pages or click on the Order Status button.

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include your order number and tracking number if available. Once you log into your account, you will be able to view your previous order details. For those who do not have account you will be able to view a summary of your orders and if you need more details you need to contact us and request your detail order status.

I registered but I can't login?

When you create your account, it needs to be activated before you can login to it.

After the registration is finished, 1 email will be send to the email address entered in the registration form.

Activation: This email have a link to activate your account. Click on the link and you will be automatically logged in and sent to your account info.

Some email programs have the junk mail or spam folder where they place emails which these programs do not recognize the sender (in our case So look for both emails inside of these folders. To avoid that kind of procedures in the future, please add our domain name ( to your safe address list.
