Coastline Sales - Car Accessory Geek Customer Services - Return Policy

At Coastline Sales - Car Accessory Geek we have you as our priority, and for that matter, we developed our Customer Care and Help Center to guide you to shop on our website with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 30 days for a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, and this Return Policy, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage. If the mistake was ours we will refund normal ground shipping charges.

Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Return Policy:

Clients should not accept any clearly damaged packages and should tell the carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx) that they are refusing the order because of damage. Any non-visible damages (shipping, etc.) must be reported to coastlinesales.com within (10) days of receiving the order. All defects and/or problems must be handled directly with their respective manufacturer. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted by coastlinesales.com without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customer's expense.

Return Request RMA:

You can get a RMA number by email us to sales@coastlinesales.com, requesting the RMA number or by using the RMA request form inside the My Account (registered users only). Don't forget to place RMA for order #XXXXXXXX as the email subject. Returns will not be accepted by coastlinesales.com without an (RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will be refused or sent back to the client at the customer's expense.

Exchange/Refund Basics:

Follow these basic rules:
Send us the return or exchange items in the original packaging, with a copy of the invoice.

Original freight fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return freight.

We recommend that you do not order items in back order and/or out of stock, but if you did the credit ONLY will be issued if after the back order period is due without your order is fulfilled.

We apply credit back to your credit card and/or PayPal account only.

We only exchange or refund returned merchandises if they arrived on our warehouse within 10 days of the delivered date.

There will be no credit on merchandise that is returned after that period only exchanges will be made within 30 days from the date that the order was placed.

Return of installed, used and/or defective items due to wrong installation or extreme abuse the return warranty won't be granted.
